Processing Time
Every Kwilt is handmade to order nothing is shipped from stock. Please allow [X–X business days] for your item to be crafted before it ships. During busy seasons (holidays, graduation, wedding season), processing may take a little longer; we'll let you know if that's the case.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States only.

Transit times above begin after your order has finished processing total delivery time is processing time + transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Kwilt's journey home.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand shipping internationally in the future thank you for your patience!
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us right away at kim.frasure.jr@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at kim.frasure.jr@gmail.com within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.
